Initial Call/Meeting
We learn more about you and your business, where you currently are with socials (brand new, needing a revamp, looking to push a specific platform) and what you want from them (more followers, more website visits and sales conversions, all of the above!). We discuss your budget and what to focus on, using our social media management packages as a base.
mini social media audit
We go away and do a mini social media audit, using this to write a strategy to reach your goals, presenting you with a few different packages at different price points/focusing on various aspects based on what you've said and our audit.
content creation session
Once you've decided on your package, we book in your content creation session (if on platinum plan or as an extra) or let you know what we need from you, and get started on your content calendar!
agree on a start date
We review the content with you and once you're happy, agree on a start date and get everything scheduled!
regular contact
We keep in regular contact to review how things are going, if there are any last minute bits you'd like to push or add to the schedule.
analyse and improve
We look at analytics at the end of the month to see what worked best, what maybe didn't work so well and tailor the plan for the following month using these insights! You'll also receive a monthly report if included in your package.
